Q1: What is Pallet Liquidation Worldwides?
We are a leading supplier of customer returns and overstock liquidation pallets. We source truckloads of merchandise from major retailers and distributors, then sort and resell these products by the pallet to businesses and resellers at a fraction of the original retail price.

Q2: Where do your products come from?
Our products are sourced from major big-box retailers, top e-commerce platforms, and national distributors. This merchandise typically consists of customer returns, overstock, shelf-pulls, and closeout items.

Q3: Are your pallets local pickup or do you ship?
We offer both options! We have warehouse locations in [City, State] and [City, State] for local pickup. We also ship nationwide and worldwide directly to your door. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

About the Pallets & Merchandise

Q4: What condition are the items in?
Items fall into several categories, which are clearly marked in each pallet’s description:

  • Customer Returns: Items returned by customers. These can range from like-new (open box) to having minor defects. They are often untested.

  • Overstock / Shelf-Pulls: Brand new items that were never sold. These are typically in original packaging.

  • Refurbished: Items that have been professionally repaired and tested to be in working order.

  • Grade B / C: Items with visible cosmetic damage or significant defects.

Always check the manifest and condition notes before purchasing.

Q5: Do I get a manifest (list of items) for each pallet?
Yes! Every pallet listing includes a manifest. This is a general list of the types of products and categories you can expect on the pallet (e.g., 50% electronics, 30% home goods, 20% toys). Due to the nature of liquidation, we cannot guarantee specific brands, models, or the exact number of items.

Q6: Can I choose specific brands or items?
No. We sell pallets as mixed lots based on category. You cannot select specific brands or items. The value comes in the surprise and the potential to find high-value products within a mixed assortment.

Q7: Are the products tested and guaranteed to work?
Unless explicitly stated as “Tested & Working” or “New,” items (especially customer returns) are untested. We sell liquidation pallets as-is, with no warranty or guarantee on functionality. This is standard in the liquidation industry and is how we can offer such deep discounts.

Ordering & Payment

Q8: What are the minimum order requirements?
You can order a single pallet! We cater to both small and large businesses. We also offer discounts on full truckloads for high-volume buyers.

Q9: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers for larger orders.

Q10: Do I need a tax resale certificate to buy?
Yes, to make a purchase, you must provide a valid resale certificate (or business license) to prove you are a reseller. This allows us to sell to you tax-free, as you will be responsible for collecting sales tax from your end customers.

Shipping & Logistics

Q11: How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Processing: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days.

  • Shipping: Transit time depends on your location. Typically, shipments within the continental US take 5-10 business days via our freight partners.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your pallet is on the truck.

Q12: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary significantly based on the number of pallets, their weight, and your delivery address. The easiest way to get a quote is to add your desired pallets to the cart and proceed to checkout—you will see the calculated shipping cost before you finalize your payment.

Q13: How will my pallet be delivered?
Pallets are shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers. You will need to be present to receive the shipment at a commercial address or a residential address with a dock or forklift. If you don’t have a loading dock, the driver will use a liftgate to lower the pallet to the ground. Liftgate service is required for residential deliveries and may incur an additional fee.

Returns & Refunds

Q14: What is your return policy?
Due to the as-is nature of liquidation merchandise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds based on the condition or functionality of the items. We strive to provide accurate manifests and descriptions so you know exactly what to expect.

Q15: What if my pallet is damaged or missing items upon delivery?
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If there is visible damage to the pallet or if the shipment is missing entire pallets, you must note this on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing and refusing the damaged pallet if necessary. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and the signed BOL to file a claim with the freight carrier. We will assist you through this process.
